Terms of Service
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected changes can arise, but due to the nature of retreat planning—including accommodation, facilitators, and venue costs—our cancellation policy is as follows:
Deposits & Payments
A £350 deposit is required to secure your place on any Remedy Retreat. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance is due three months before the retreat start date, specifically by 26th June 2025 for our September retreat. If full payment is not received by this date, your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list.
Cancellations & Transfers
If you cancel after 26th June 2025, no refunds issued, but you will have the option to transfer your payment as credit toward a future retreat within 12 months.
If you cancel before 26th June 2025 before the full payment is sent, we will be unable to refund or transfer your deposit.
- You may transfer your place to another guest up to 2 weeks before the retreat start date, subject to our approval.
No Shows & Early Departures
No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking in case of illness, travel disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances.
