January 2025 Retreat Round-up

Two weekends ago we ran our January 2025 retreat with 14 incredible guests, spending a long weekend immersed in movement, reflection, and connection—plus a fair amount of laughter, eating delicious food, laying around during soundbaths, savasana (and naps) - and possibly questioning our life choices mid-workout. But that feeling after though…! Wow.

We had a fantastic mix of ages, ability levels, and backgrounds, all coming together with openness and vulnerability. We flowed through yoga, tackled workouts (at our own pace—no drill sergeants here), set bold goals for 2025, and unlocked new levels of zen with brain-boosting meditations. Mornings were spent in the winter sunshine, jumping in and out of the cold plunge and sauna, while stormy January afternoons were spent watching thought-provoking documentaries in the private cinema, and we rounded every evening off with blissful sound bowl sessions that may or may not have sent a few people into the best sleep of their lives…

More than anything, it was about stepping away from the daily grind, meeting like-minded people, and feeling good without pressure, expectations, or the need to be “good” at anything.

This retreat reminded us just how powerful these experiences can be, and we’re already planning bigger and even more immersive retreats ahead. If you missed out this time, don’t worry—there will be more chances to pause, reset, and recharge in a way that works for you (no extreme detoxes or 5 AM ice baths, promise).
